Backorder Details

Most of our items can be backordered. If an item you want is out of stock and you'd like to place a backorder, please fill out the form below.

Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your responses. In 1-2 business days, an invoice for your requested item will be sent to the same email address. Once the invoice is paid, your backorder will be placed.

If the item is out of stock indefinitely and cannot be backordered, you will receive an email stating that your order cannot be placed.

 

Backorder Cancel Dates

When we place a backorder with our distributor, we can specify a backorder cancel date of 14, 30, 60, or 90 days. This means that the backorder is cancelled if the item does not arrive at our warehouse by the cancel date. If the item doesn't ship by the specified date, we will automatically cancel and refund your order.
